As of Wednesday the 22nd of June 2022, South Africans and international travellers no longer need to wear masks indoors. The limits on gatherings have also been dropped. There are however still temperature checks on arrival and travellers are still required to complete and hand in a health form, which is received upon arrival. No vaccination certificates are needed for arrival in South Africa and no testing is required for unvaccinated travellers.
