SABI SABI COLLECTION – VINE TO VALLEY
On 1 October, The Sabi Sabi Collection introduces its Western Cape property, The Claremont, in Cape Town. Veld & Vine Bistro at The Claremont brings the wine philosophy to life, focusing on the Constantia wine valley – where heritage meets innovation on granite and sandstone slopes cooled by ocean air.
The bistro celebrates multiple producers from Constantia, offering a depth of choice not found elsewhere in the area. Where the valley does not produce a particular style, select standout wines from regions such as the Swartland complement the list, maintaining the same careful, off-the-beaten-track approach.
This new venture continues The Sabi Sabi Collection’s commitment to thoughtful curation, inviting guests to explore wines with the same passion and curiosity they bring to every safari.
